Order & Shipping FAQs
Why does it take so long to receive US an orders?
Each product is produced specifically for you after an order is made with us. Because we strive to provide a premium product that is earth-friendly, we choose to work with apparel manufacturers outside of the United States that prioritizes the same goals with the highest of expectations. This extends the processing and shipping time for our products but we feel it is worth it if it helps us meet our goals. We hope you will too.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Typically it takes 3-25 business days to receive your order. This varies due to the product's origin, destination, and carrier. These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The estimates don’t include the time it takes to create your products. We’re doing our best to deliver it promptly for you.
Unfortunately, we do not have any control over circumstances that might cause a delay through our carriers.
Go to the Product Catalog and select an item for more estimated fulfillment and delivery times.
Please review our Shipping Policy for more information.
How long does it take to fulfill an order?
Order fulfillment typically takes between 2-5 business days. These times are separate from shipping times.
There are different factors to keep in mind when it comes to order fulfillment, such as:
Our products are print on demand: It takes longer to fill an order because we create our products specifically for you.
When you place your order: If you place an order after business hours or during the weekend, it will post in a queue the next business day.
The number of orders received: If we receive many orders, it may take longer to fill each order.
How to track my order?
Once your packaged has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow the progress of your delivery.
You can track your order by clicking here.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. The shipping fee may vary depending on your location. However, there are some countries we do not ship to because of Covid-19 restrictions and current world events. We do our best to update our store so our customers will know in advance of ordering. If you find an error, please feel free to contact us at contact@teestitch.com
I never got my order, what Should I do?
If we have not fulfilled your order, please email us at contact@teestitch.com. Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking number. Please make sure you track your order and contact the appropriate carrier to check its progress.
What happens if a package wasn't delivered, but the tracking states that it was?
Unfortunately, we can’t help if the carrier loses or marks the package as delivered, but the customer says they haven’t received it. There’s no way for us to verify this claim, so we won’t be able to cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.
There might be cases where the delivery person left the package at your address in an unexpected location, or at a neighbor's home. Customers should contact the carrier and ask for additional information about the shipment.
If you can’t locate the package, you must submit a claim stating the current issue to the carrier.

Product FAQs
What is organic cotton?
Organic cotton is a type of cotton grown without the use of synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers. It is produced using non-genetically modified seeds and follows farming practices that promote soil health, biodiversity, and water conservation. Organic cotton farming is not only better for the environment, but also for the farmers who grow it, as it reduces their exposure to harmful chemicals.
Here are some key benefits of organic cotton:
- Environmentally Friendly: Organic cotton farming uses less water and energy compared to conventional cotton. It also reduces pollution in the air, water, and soil, contributing to healthier ecosystems.
- Healthier for Farmers and Consumers: Since no harmful chemicals are used, organic cotton is safer for farmers and the communities surrounding cotton farms. It also results in products that are better for people with sensitive skin.
- Higher Quality: Organic cotton is often softer and more durable than conventional cotton, offering long-lasting comfort.
Choosing organic cotton means supporting sustainable farming practices that are better for the planet and for the people involved in the production process.
Why is 100% organic cotton more expensive than cotton?
Organic cotton is more expensive because it is grown without the use of synthetic pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers. This makes organic cotton farming more labor-intensive, and it often yields lower outputs. Additionally, the growing demand for organic cotton, coupled with limited supply, contributes to the higher price.
Despite the cost, there are many advantages to choosing organic cotton. It is better for the environment, as organic farming practices conserve water, reduce pollution, and promote healthier ecosystems. It’s also better for human health, as it reduces exposure to harmful chemicals for both farmers and consumers. Plus, organic cotton is often of higher quality—softer, stronger, and more durable.
If you’re looking for a sustainable and ethical choice in clothing, organic cotton is a great option that supports a healthier planet and safer production practices.
What is the difference between 100% cotton and organic cotton?
The main difference between 100% cotton and organic cotton lies in how they are grown. 100% cotton can be cultivated using conventional farming methods, which often involve synthetic pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers. These chemicals can have negative effects on the environment and human health.
Organic cotton, on the other hand, is grown without the use of synthetic chemicals. It relies on natural farming practices that promote soil health, conserve water, and support biodiversity. This makes organic cotton a more sustainable and eco-friendly option.
If you’re looking for a sustainable and ethical choice in clothing, organic cotton is the better option. It’s kinder to the environment, safer for farmers and consumers, and is often of higher quality—softer, stronger, and more durable. While it may come with a higher price tag, it offers long-term benefits for both the planet and people.
However, if budget is your primary concern, 100% cotton may be a more affordable option for you, though it doesn’t offer the same environmental or health benefits as organic cotton.
What is GOTS Certified?
The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is the world’s leading certification for textiles made from organic fibers. It ensures that every step of the production process—from the harvesting of raw materials to manufacturing and labeling—meets strict environmental and social criteria. This includes the use of sustainable farming practices, ethical labor standards, and the exclusion of harmful chemicals.
A GOTS certification means that the product has been grown and processed in a way that is both more sustainable for the environment and more ethical for the people involved in its production. Choosing GOTS certified clothing ensures that you are supporting responsible production methods that are better for the planet and for human health.

What is Oeko-Tex Certified?
Oeko-Tex is one of the world’s most widely recognized certifications for textiles, ensuring that products are free from harmful substances. Textiles that are Oeko-Tex certified have undergone rigorous testing for over 100 potentially harmful chemicals, including substances that could pose risks to human health or the environment.
This certification also ensures compliance with strict environmental and social standards throughout the production process, giving consumers peace of mind that the products they are purchasing are safe and responsibly made.

Why do you source and print your products from outside the US?
Even though we are a US-based company (Dallas, Texas), we choose to source and print our garments outside the US due to higher sustainability standards in certain regions. Many European countries have stronger environmental policies, public support, and cultural norms that prioritize sustainability, leading to more eco-friendly production processes. For comparison, the US has an Environmental Performance Index (EPI) score of 74.5, which is below the European average of 82.3, indicating there’s room for improvement in sustainable practices.
By partnering with suppliers who meet the highest sustainability criteria, we ensure that our garments, made from 100% organic cotton, are produced responsibly. We also use print-on-demand services, allowing us to ship products directly from the source to you. This reduces overproduction, minimizes waste, and lowers environmental impact—all while reducing production costs, savings that we pass on to you.
While shipping times may be longer due to international sourcing, the trade-off is high-quality, sustainable products at competitive prices that support environmentally responsible practices.
Is it better for the environment to ship products directly from Europe to the US?
Yes, shipping our products directly from Europe to the US is better for the environment, and here’s why:
- Fewer Shipping Steps:
By shipping directly from Europe, we eliminate the need to transport garments to the US for printing, reducing the number of shipping stages. Fewer shipping steps mean less fuel consumption and lower emissions, helping to minimize our overall carbon footprint. - Localized Production:
Our garments are both sourced and printed in Europe, allowing us to take advantage of the proximity between production and fulfillment. This reduces unnecessary logistics and handling, aligning with sustainable practices. - Lower Resource Use:
Shipping garments to the US first, then shipping them again to customers, requires more packaging, resources, and labor. By producing and shipping from one location, we reduce waste and excess resource use, streamlining the process to minimize environmental impact. - Carbon Offset Potential:
While international shipping may result in higher emissions per individual order, avoiding double shipping (first to the US, then to the customer) significantly reduces our overall environmental footprint.$1 for each item sold to One Tree Planted, an organization dedicated to global reforestation. Planting trees is one of the most effective ways to combat climate change—they absorb carbon dioxide, restore ecosystems, and provide habitats for wildlife.
This approach ensures that we stay true to our commitment to sustainability by reducing waste, emissions, and resource use at every step of the production and delivery process, while actively contributing to a greener planet.
What is POD?
POD stands for Print On Demand, a sustainable production method where products are created only after the customer places an order. Unlike traditional manufacturing, where products are mass-produced and may end up as excess inventory, POD helps avoid overproduction, keeping surplus items from ending up in landfills. This approach significantly reduces waste and lowers the environmental impact of production.
By producing items only when they are needed, POD cuts down on resource consumption and minimizes the overall environmental footprint. In fact, creating products on demand can reduce environmental harm by at least 20% compared to conventional mass production methods.
POD ensures that each item is made with care and sustainability in mind, offering customers a more eco-friendly option while still receiving high-quality products.
What is DTG Printing?
Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing is a digital printing method that applies water-based or solvent-based inks directly onto garments like t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and even shoes. Using advanced inkjet printers, DTG printing allows for high-quality, detailed designs and vibrant colors, making it a versatile option for printing images and text.
One of the key benefits of DTG printing is that it produces prints that are soft and comfortable to wear, unlike some other methods like screen printing or heat transfer printing, which can feel heavier or less flexible. Additionally, DTG is a relatively fast and efficient process, allowing for on-demand production.
While DTG printing tends to be more expensive than traditional methods, the quality, comfort, and flexibility it offers make it an excellent choice for printing high-quality designs on various garments.
How do I care for my garment?
We recommend you turn your garment inside out, wash in cold water and hang dry to help keep it from fading, peeling and shrinking. Never use bleach and never iron the print.
Why do some colors look different on dark fabrics?
There are some types of direct-to-garment printing designs that can come out different than expected. That's because for designs to be visible on all non-white items, we use a white underbase.
Black designs on black garments might not have a black, glossy effect as expected. Because of the white underbase, the design will be more grayish or faded.
The white underbase is always applied when the design is:
- Colorful
- White or has white elements
- Entirely black and will be printed on a black or very dark gray garment
Why is the print a little off-center?
While this doesn't happen often, please keep in mind that our graphic alignment is done by hand. This means that, although we strive to ensure perfect alignment, slight variations can occur. In the garment printing industry, a small margin of misalignment—typically within 1/4 to 1/2 inch—is considered standard and acceptable due to the natural variations in fabric and hand placement.
However, if the print placement does not meet these industry standards or the misalignment is more noticeable, we’re happy to offer a replacement or a full refund once the product is returned to us.
Why does my T-shirt have a strange smell?
We use a special solution in the printing process that helps the design adhere to the fabric. This might cause a slight scent or some discoloration. This will disappear after the first wash.
Why don't you carry more color options?
Our data shows that the top-selling t-shirt colors ordered are black, navy, and dark heather grey. We have decided to focus on these colors primarily to help reduce the use of earth's resources and the cost of over-production and inventory. We may add more colors (if available) at a later date due to customer requests.
Why don't you carry larger sizes?
At TeeStitch Apparel, we aim to be as inclusive as possible with our sizing. However, certain products and colors are only available in sizes S-2XL due to industry limitations. Many manufacturers, including our suppliers, offer fewer options in larger sizes, making it harder to source a wide variety of colors and styles in those sizes.
We’re committed to expanding our range as soon as more inclusive options become available from our suppliers. In the meantime, we continue to offer high-quality, sustainable garments in the sizes and colors we can source effectively, ensuring we meet the same quality and ethical standards across all our products.
