Refund policy

TeeStitch Apparel operates on a print-on-demand model, meaning each item is produced specifically for your order.

We accept returns only for verified fulfillment issues, including misprints, defects, damage, or incorrect items.

Fulfillment issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation.

If a fulfillment issue is approved, the item may be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our return policy.

To be eligible for a return, all garments must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with any tags still attached. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn or washed, as they cannot be resold or, in some cases, repurposed. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.

Visual Representation & Color Variation

We make every effort to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to the following:

  • Differences between design reference (lifestyle) images, which are used only to showcase the exclusive artwork, and the final DTG printed product.
  • DTG printing on darker garments requires a white underbase and may slightly soften or mute colors.
  • Natural variations in printing, fabric texture, and garment construction.
  • Differences in screen displays, device settings, brightness, and color calibration.

Design reference (lifestyle) images feature people wearing the garment and are provided solely to showcase our exclusive design.

The images on every product page, showing the garment alone, provide the most accurate depiction of the final printed product.

These variations are normal and do not qualify as defects or grounds for return.

TeeStitch Apparel does not accept returns or exchanges due to customers ordering the incorrect size.

The fit of an item is based on an individual's personal preference. This is why we offer a fit and size guide to help customers order the correct size, which is available on every product page. Comparing our product measurements to an item you own should help you find the best size for your preference.  

TeeStitch Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Unfortunately, we can’t help if the carrier loses the package or marks it as delivered, even if the customer says they haven’t received it. We cannot verify this claim, so we won’t be able to cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.

There might be cases where the delivery person left the package at your address in an unexpected location or at a neighbor's home. Customers should contact the carrier to request additional information about the shipment.

If you can’t locate the package, you must submit a claim to the carrier stating the current issue.

TeeStitch Apparel does not offer refunds for returns due to a change of Mind or Buyer's Remorse. 

Each TeeStitch item is custom-printed for you the moment you order. This means we don't hold pre-made garments or excess stock. Our print-on-demand model is central to our commitment to minimizing waste and preventing overproduction, as well as textile waste.

As a result, we cannot restock or resell items returned due to a change of mind or buyer's remorse. Such returns would contradict our core mission to minimize our environmental impact.

To ensure your satisfaction and support our values, please carefully review all sizing charts, product details, and design options before making a purchase. Your mindful decision helps us create responsibly.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Wrong Address

If the courier considers your address insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable), you will be liable for reshipment costs. If our facility is responsible for the issue, we will reship the item to the corrected address at no additional cost.

Unclaimed

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility; you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping them to yourself.

If you haven't registered an account on TeeStitch Apparel and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your expense (without issuing a refund).

TeeStitch Apparel does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Currently, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our fit and size guides on every product page. We also provide size charts for every item listed in our store, located in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please notify us at contact@teestitch.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a replacement or issue a refund.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

How to Start a Return

If your order arrived with a misprint, defect, damage, or the wrong item, you can submit a return request directly through our Return Request page.

You’ll be asked to provide:

  • Your name
  • Your email
  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • The item you’re reporting
  • Photos of the issue

We’ll review your request and follow up with the next steps once eligibility is confirmed.

What to Expect

  • Approval & Shipping: If approved, you will receive shipping instructions and a prepaid return label.
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll issue a refund using your original payment method. Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to process.
