We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary by location.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Each order is print-on-demand, meaning products are created when you place an order. This process allows us to offer unique designs and reduce waste, but it also means longer fulfillment times before shipping.
  • Orders are typically fulfilled within 2-5 business days before shipping.
  • Fulfillment time may vary based on order volume, product availability, and holidays.
  • Each product page in our Product Catalog provides estimated fulfillment and delivery times.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time (EDT)

  • Once fulfilled, orders ship via standard shipping, which takes 3-5 business days.
  • Total estimated delivery time = Fulfillment (2-5 days) + Shipping (3-5 days), meaning your order may take 5-10 business days to arrive.
  • These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, high order volumes, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates (US orders)

Shipping is charged at cost and calculated at checkout.
We do not mark up shipping or use it as a pricing tactic.

All items are produced and shipped by our fulfillment partner. Shipping charges are passed through exactly as they are billed to us.

Current U.S. shipping rates (as of January 6, 2026)

As of January 6, 2026, our fulfillment partner’s U.S. shipping charges are:

T-shirts

  • $4.95 for the first item
  • $2.25 for each additional item in the same order

Hoodies and sweatshirts

  • $8.50 for the first item
  • $2.50 for each additional item in the same order

These rates reflect the actual cost of packaging, handling, and carrier shipping.

Exact shipping charges are always shown before you complete checkout.

Seasonal carrier surcharges

During peak shipping periods (typically mid-October through mid-January), carriers may apply temporary surcharges.
If applicable, these surcharges are passed through at cost and reflected automatically at checkout.

After your order Ships

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
You can track your shipment at any time using the link provided.

Carrier Delays & Unforeseen Issues

We’re doing our best to deliver your order promptly. However, we do not have control over circumstances that may cause shipping delays, including:

  • Restricted flights or shipping routes
  • Carrier backlogs
  • Customs clearances
  • Closed borders
  • Other shipping carrier issues

Order Issues & Returns

Carrier-related issues

  • Damage caused during shipping (including damaged packaging or items) must be reported directly to the shipping carrier, as the carrier is responsible for transit-related damage.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been shipped.
  • If your package is lost or marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect items

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll review the issue.
  • Damage caused during shipping and fulfillment errors are handled differently, but we’ll help determine the next step.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives incorrectly due to a fulfillment error (wrong item, wrong size, or print issue).
  • If this occurs, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll review the issue.
