Every item at TeeStitch Apparel is made to order, and we strive to ensure that each piece arrives exactly as it should. If there’s ever an issue that falls within our production or fulfillment responsibility, we’ll take care of it quickly and fairly.
Accepted reasons:
- Misprint or printing defect
- Product damaged or defective upon arrival
- Wrong item received
Not accepted:
- Wrong size or color ordered
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Sale items, gift cards, or garments that have been worn or washed

Submit a Return Request
If your item qualifies, please complete the form below and include clear photos that show the issue so we can review your claim promptly.
Photo guidelines:
To help speed up approval, please include:
- A photo of the entire garment laid flat to show placement and print alignment
- A close-up of the specific issue (misprint, damage, or defect)
- A photo of the neck label or packaging, if possible
- Clear lighting with no filters or shadows
What Happens Next
Once your return request and photos are received, we’ll review them and coordinate with our production partner to confirm eligibility. Most approved requests are processed within a few business days, but some cases may take up to 14 days depending on factors such as order volume, review time, or whether an item needs to be shipped back for inspection.
If your return is approved, we’ll email you with the next steps, either a replacement or a refund to your original payment method. If a return label is required, we’ll provide it at no cost to you.
