We are particularly committed to representing the diversity of the art community and the importance of showcasing different cultures and perspectives. We are also committed to compensating illustrators fairly for their work by paying the asking price dictated by the illustrator. Our Process

Print on demand

Each product in TeeStitch Apparel's catalog is print-on-demand (POD). Once you place an order, we produce it specifically for you. This method allows us to avoid overproduction and textile waste, and we pride ourselves on being part of the sustainable fashion movement. We take great pride in our sustainable process, which is why our production and shipping times are slightly longer. Despite its time, it is worth the trade-off if it helps the planet. We hope you feel the same way, too.

Direct To Garment

Many of our products are printed with the direct-to-garment (DTG) technique, which is a printing method where ink is first sprayed directly onto the garment, and then it soaks into the fabric. It’s like printing on paper, but on clothing. DTG printing uses less water and energy than other printing methods, and it produces less waste. DTG printers can produce high-quality prints with fine detail and vibrant colors on a wide variety of fabrics, including cotton, polyester, and blends.

Printers and Inks

At TeeStitch Apparel, we prioritize sustainability by partnering with a printing provider that adheres to eco-friendly practices. They utilize Kornit printers that generate almost zero wastewater and consume less energy than standard industry printers, significantly reducing the carbon footprint. The inks used in the printing process are Oeko-Tex™ certified, vegan, water-based, and free of harmful chemicals. Additionally, our printing partner ensures responsible practices by properly disposing of any leftover ink according to supplier guidelines

Packaging

All apparel products are packed in post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic mailers. The amount of PCR in the packaging will differ depending on where your order gets printed, and the type of bags used. PCR packaging is made from everyday items, like used plastic bags and bottles. This material protects your order just as well as regular plastic bags, however, choosing PCR over first-use plastics reduces the environmental impact plastic has on our planet.
